Basic Policy on Information Security
Aoyama Special Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, “the Company”) recognizes the importance of ensuring information security and is committed to the following actions in order to appropriately protect the information assets managed by the Company from various threats and to achieve the safe operation of information systems.
01.Protection of information assets
The Company takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to ensure the protection of the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets.
02.Compliance with laws and regulations
The Company’s directors and employees comply with all laws and regulations related to information security in order to handle information assets properly.
03.Promptly respond to information security accidents and incidents
In the unlikely event of an accident or incident that compromises information security, the Company shall promptly investigate the cause and take immediate action to minimize any damage.
04.Raising awareness of the Basic Policy on Information Security
The Company makes every effort to ensure that all employees of our organization are familiar with the Basic Policy on Information Security and the related rules and regulations.
05.Ongoing improvements
The Company evaluates and reviews the Basic Policy on Information Security and related rules and regulations on a regular basis to continuously improve our information security.
