Basic Policy on the Proper Handling of Personal Identification Numbers and Specified Personal Information
01.Compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines
With regard to the handling of personal identification numbers and specified personal information (hereinafter referred to as “Specified Personal Information, etc.”), we comply with the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (the “My Number Act”), the Guidelines for the Proper Handling of Specified Personal Information (business practitioners’ edition), and the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
02.Purpose of use
We use Specified Personal Information, etc. provided to us for the following purposes.

- Administration of withholding tax slips
- Administration of the submission of declarations, notifications, and application forms related to employee asset formation
- Administration of health insurance and employees’ pension insurance notifications/applications and claims

- Administration of notifications related to corporate pensions/applications and claims

We have established and comply with separate “Rules for Handling Specified Personal Information” to prevent leakage, loss, or corruption of Specified Personal Information, etc. and to otherwise appropriately manage personal identification numbers.
